Abraham Lincoln would say,
“I have been driven many times to my knees, by the overwhelming conviction that I had nowhere else to go. My own wisdom, and that of all those about me seemed insufficient for the day”.
That’s how I felt the day my first granddaughter was born. Born at 24 weeks gestation,given up for lost, I cried out to Jesus to save her.
That was the day I realized, God you created our inmost being; you knit us together in our mother’s womb. I praise you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. All the days ordained for myself and my granddaughter were written in your book before one of them came to be.
King David would say. “Where can I go from you Spirit? Where can I flee your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths you are there. If I rise on the wings of dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me; your right hand will hold me fast”.Why not get to know the one who knows you, who loves love, and is desperate to see you succeed and do well?
My Granddaughter is living a full and productive life.
